District Employees definition

District Employees means all individuals employed by the District as well as those employed by or through a contractor or agency whose role or function involves providing services to the District.
District Employees means BSO employees permanently assigned to the District who possess the necessary qualifications and experience to provide police and support services.
District Employees shall refer to those individuals employed by the District in connection with its ownership or operation of the Hospital and/or the Ancillary District Operations.

Examples of District Employees in a sentence

  • All other agreements or understandings, whether electronic, click-through, verbal or in writing, with District Employees or other End Users shall be null and void.

  • Any and all forms of advertisement, directed towards children, parents, guardians, or District Employees will be strictly prohibited unless allowed with express written consent of the District.

  • Employees of Vermont school districts and supervisory districts (District Employees), excluding superintendents, who provide educational services requiring a professional administrator’s license from AOE.

  • The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager.

  • Former ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County School District Employees returning to the school district within the bargaining unit shall be credited with the same salary experience previously earned.

  • District Employees shall be paid on a bi-weekly basis and have the choice of 21 or 26 equal paychecks effective with the 2012/2013 school year.

  • The Educational Support Personnel Association believes the common goal of all District Employees, in conjunction with the Board of Education, is quality education and the well-being of the children of Community Consolidated School District 15.
