District Ordinance definition

District Ordinance means the District's Transactions and Use Tax Ordinance referred to above and attached hereto, Ordinance No. 2014-1, as amended from time to time, or as deemed to be amended from time to time pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 7262.2.
District Ordinance means “An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Sewers and Sewer Systems”. Adopted by the Downers Grove Sanitary District on May 16, 1967, and subsequently amended.
