Diversion Authority definition

Diversion Authority has the same meaning as Metro Flood Diversion Authority.
Diversion Authority means the Metro Flood Diversion Authority, a political subdivision of the State of North Dakota, created by a Joint Powers Agreement dated June 11, 2016.
Diversion Authority means the Metro Flood Diversion Authority, a permanent and perpetual North Dakota political subdivision created by the Joint Powers Agreement dated June 1, 2016.

Examples of Diversion Authority in a sentence

  • This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Diversion Authority, its successors and assigns, and any such successor shall be deemed substituted for the Diversion Authority under the terms of this Agreement.
