Divested Products definition

Divested Products has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.
Divested Products means the Acrylic Acid Products, Latex Polymers Products, and Hollow Sphere Particle Products.
Divested Products shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.14(r) of the Agreement.

Divested Products means the Agilent Micro GC Products, the Varian ICP-MS Products, or the Varian Triple Quad Products.
Divested Products means the software products marketed by Seller under the name IBM Emptoris Telecom Expense Management (V6.4x; V6.5x; V7.0x), IBM Emptoris CELLector on Cloud (V10.05x) and IBM Emptoris MBG (V6.9x).
Divested Products will have the meaning provided in Article XII of this Agreement.

Related to Divested Products

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.
