Divested Products definition

Divested Products means the Acrylic Acid Products, Latex Polymers Products, and Hollow Sphere Particle Products.
Divested Products has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.
Divested Products shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.14(r) of the Agreement.

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.
