Dividend Formula definition

Dividend Formula has the meaning assigned to it in Schedule 2.
Dividend Formula means the following formula to be applied by the Calculation Agent in respect of the calculation of the Scheduled Preference Dividends and Final Preference Dividends payable to the Subscriber in respect of the applicable Preference Shares:
