The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS) is responsible for administering North Carolina’s Statewide annual allocation of funds, herein referred to as NC ESG, from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
