  • Prior to making any disclosure of the fact and/or terms of this Agreement pursuant to the requirements of any applicable securities laws or regulations or listing agreement, the party proposing to make such disclosure shall, to the extent practicable, reasonably in advance of making such disclosure, provide a copy of the proposed disclosure to Mortgage Lender and DLJ Guarantor, and, upon request, any other party to this Agreement.
