Document Interpretation. A. This Agreement has been read and is understood by both parties and contains their entire understanding. No waiver, addition or modification shall be valid unless in writing, executed with the same formality as this instrument. No waiver of any breach of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of like or similar nature. There are no representations, promises or covenants other than contained herein.
