Documentation Bank definition

Documentation Bank has the meaning set forth in the Credit Facility Agreement.
Documentation Bank means Natixis, New York Branch and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, in each case, not in its individual capacity, but as documentation bank.
Documentation Bank means BNP Paribas, but which role is, as at the Deferred Tranche Effective Date, no longer applicable for the purposes of this Agreement and the other Finance Documents.

  • All amounts payable to a Lender under this Clause 12 (The Facility Agent, Mandated Lead Arrangers and Documentation Bank) shall be paid to such account at such bank as that Lender may from time to time direct in writing to the Facility Agent.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein or in any Service Documentation, Bank will maintain the confidentiality of the information Client provides to Bank in connection with the Services in accordance with its normal procedures for safeguarding commercial customer information, and Bank agrees to use such information only to provide the Services to Client and as otherwise required by law or permitted in any agreement between Client and Bank.

  • The Borrower shall pay to the Documentation Bank (for its own account) a documentation bank fee in the amount and at the times agreed in a Fee Letter.

  • An amendment or waiver which relates to the rights or obligations of the Facility Agent, the Collateral Management Agent, the Co-Ordinator, the Documentation Bank, the Arrangers, the Security Agent or a TPA Counterparty (each in their capacity as such) may not be effected without the consent of the Facility Agent, the Collateral Management Agent, the Co-Ordinator, the Documentation Bank, the Arrangers, the Security Agent or, as the case may be, the TPA Counterparty.

  • Except as specifically provided in the Finance Documents, none of the Mandated Lead Arrangers or the Documentation Bank has any obligations of any kind to any person under or in connection with any Transaction Document.


More Definitions of Documentation Bank

Documentation Bank means from the date of this Agreement until 30 January 2020, MUFG Bank, Ltd. (formerly known as The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. London Branch.), and which shall from such date, no longer be relevant for the purposes of, or included in, the definition of Finance Parties.
Documentation Bank means the Initial Documentation Banks and the Upsize Documentation Banks.
Documentation Bank has the meaning given to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
Documentation Bank means JPMorgan Chase Bank.
Documentation Bank means ING Capital LLC and Banco Santander, S.A., New York Branch, in each case, not in its individual capacity, but as documentation bank.
