Materials definition

Materials means things of all kinds (other than Plant) to be supplied and incorporated in the Works by the Contractor.
Materials means things of all kinds (other than Plant) intended to form or forming part of the Permanent Works, including the supply-only materials (if any) to be supplied by the Contractor under the Contract.
Materials means all property, including equipment, supplies, printing, insurance and leases of property but does not include land, a permanent interest in land or real property or leasing space.

  • If the missing or insufficient Review Materials have not been provided by the Servicer within sixty (60) calendar days, the parties agree that the Subject Receivable will have a Test Incomplete for the related Test(s) and the Review Report will indicate the reason for the Test Incomplete.

  • For each Test and Subject Receivable, the Asset Representations Reviewer will determine in its reasonable judgment if the Test has been satisfied (a “Test Pass”), if the Test has not been satisfied (a “Test Fail”) or if the Test could not be concluded as a result of missing or incomplete Review Materials (a “Test Incomplete”).

Materials means materials and other things intended to form or forming part of the Permanent Works.
Materials means all items in any format and includes, but is not limited to, data, reports, documents, pamphlets, advertisements, books, magazines, surveys, studies, computer programs, films, tapes, and/or sound reproductions. “Ownership” includes the right to copyright, patent, register and the ability to transfer these rights.
