Dog Control Officer definition

Dog Control Officer means a person appointed or authorized by the Municipality to enforce this by-law, a by-law enforcement officer appointed under the Police Act, or a peace officer.
Dog Control Officer means the person or persons employed by the Regional District to be the Dog Control Officer, to carry out the provisions of this Bylaw.

Dog Control Officer means the CAO, an Enforcement Officer, or such other Town employee as designated by the CAO.
