Dollar Facility definition

Dollar Facility shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of “Facility”.

Dollar Facility. Collectively, the Loan Documents, as such term is defined in the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of September 11, 1997, among Finlay, the Parent, the Dollar Agent and the Lenders (as defined therein) as such facility has been or may be amended, restated or otherwise modified or as such facility may be replaced, increased, renewed, supplemented, refunded or refinanced by another facility on terms substantially similar to the current facility, provided that such Dollar Facility shall be subject at all times to the terms and provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement.

Examples of Dollar Facility in a sentence

• If no currency or Facility is specified, the requested Borrowing shall be in Dollars under the Dollar Facility.

• All Dollar Facility Letters of Credit shall be denominated in Dollars and shall be issued for the account of the U.S. Borrower or the Bermuda Borrower.

• Each Dollar Facility Letter of Credit shall constitute either a U.S. Borrower Dollar Facility Letter of Credit or a Bermuda Borrower Dollar Facility Letter of Credit.

• UsPlus is also obliged to procure that all payments received in respect of those invoices are paid into defined collection accounts of UsPlus (currently held with Investec Bank Limited and First National Bank, a division of FirstRand Bank Limited), the rights to which collections accounts are also ceded in security under the terms and conditions of the Dollar Facility.

• A detailed monthly register of the invoices or contracts ceded as security for the Dollar Facility is extracted directly from UsPlus transaction data.

More Definitions of Dollar Facility

Dollar Facility means the dollar revolving loan facility granted to the Borrowers pursuant to Clause 2.1;

Dollar Facility. The Dollar Banks' commitments to make Dollar Facility Loans and the Dollar Agent's agreement to issue, extend and renew Letters of Credit.

Dollar Facility means, at any time, the sum of (i) the aggregate amount of the Dollar Commitments at such time and (ii) the aggregate principal amount of the Dollar Loans of all Dollar Lenders outstanding at such time.
