Examples of Domestic Cash in a sentence
The Domestic Concentration Account and each Domestic Cash Collateral Account shall be in the name of and owned by the Administrative Agent.
The Administrative Agent shall apply the proceeds of any such sale, net of any expenses incurred in connection therewith, and any other funds deposited in (x) the Domestic Cash Collateral Accounts, to the payment of the Domestic Obligations in accordance with this Agreement and (y) the Multicurrency Cash Collateral Account to the payment of the Multicurrency Obligations in accordance with this Agreement.
Except during (i) the existence of a Event of Default or (ii) a Domestic Cash Management Period, the Collateral Agent will transfer on each Domestic Business Day collected amounts in the Domestic Concentration Account and then to the Credit Parties’ operating accounts in accordance with the Credit Parties’ lawful instructions and Interface shall have access to the funds on deposit in the Domestic Concentration Account.
Each such prepayment shall be made on a date (an “Excess Domestic Cash Flow Application Date”) no later than five days after the earlier of (i) the date on which the financial statements of the Consolidated Entities referred to in Section 5.01(a) for the fiscal year with respect to which such prepayment is made, are required to be delivered to the Lenders and (ii) the date such financial statements are actually delivered.
The Domestic Cash Management Account shall be in the name of Mortgage Borrower and Property Owner and entitled as set forth in the Domestic Cash Management Agreement.
