Domestic Equity Funds definition

Domestic Equity Funds means the Mercer US Large Cap Growth Equity Fund, Mercer US Large Cap Value Equity Fund, Mercer US Small/Mid Cap Growth Equity Fund, and Mercer US Small/Mid Cap Value Equity Fund.
Domestic Equity Funds. The Sub-Adviser shall be entitled to receive the fees indicated below.
Domestic Equity Funds shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Restated Sub-Advisory Agreement. To illustrate this calculation, if the total of the average daily net assets of the Fund and the Domestic Equity Funds is over $5 billion during the prior month, the Basis Point Rate used to calculate the fees owed by the Fund shall be 0.015%. The amount determined by applying the Basis Point Rate to the average daily net assets of the Fund during the prior month is the “Basis Point Fee.” If the Fund is in operation for less than a full month, the Basis Point Fee will be calculated on a pro rata basis based on the number of days the Fund is in operation during such month. The Basis Point Fee will be payable in arrears on a calendar quarter basis within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter.
