Domestic LC Disbursement definition

Domestic LC Disbursement means a payment made by the Domestic Issuing Bank pursuant to a Domestic Letter of Credit.
Domestic LC Disbursement means a payment or disbursement made by any Issuing Bank pursuant to a Domestic Letter of Credit.
Domestic LC Disbursement means a payment made by the Domestic Issuing Bank pursuant to a Domestic Letter of Credit. “Domestic LC Exposure” means, at any time, the sum of the Domestic Commercial LC Exposure and the Domestic Standby LC Exposure. The Domestic LC Exposure of any Domestic Revolving Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the total Domestic LC Exposure at such time. “Domestic Loan Guarantor” means each Domestic Loan Party and any other Person that has become or now or hereafter becomes a party to the Loan Guaranty pursuant to a joinder or by executing a separate Loan Guaranty, in each case guaranteeing the Domestic Obligations, the Canadian Obligations and the Ex-Im Obligations, together with their successors and assigns. “Domestic Letter of Credit” means any letter of credit issued by the Domestic Issuing Bank pursuant to this Agreement upon the application of the Company. “Domestic Loan Parties” means the Company and each Domestic Subsidiary of the Company, other than an Excluded Subsidiary; and “Domestic Loan Party” means any one of them. “Domestic Obligations” means all Obligations other than the Canadian Obligations and the Ex-Im Obligations. “Domestic Overadvance” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(b). “Domestic Protective Advances” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04. “Domestic Revolving Commitment” means, with respect to each Domestic Revolving Lender, the commitment, if any, of such Domestic Revolving Lender to make Domestic Revolving Loans and to acquire participations in Domestic Letters of Credit, Domestic Overadvances, Domestic Protective Advances and Domestic Swingline Loans hereunder, expressed as an amount representing the maximum possible aggregate amount of such Domestic Revolving Lender’s Domestic Revolving Exposure hereunder, as such commitment may be reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to (a) Section 2.09 and (b) assignments by or to such Domestic Revolving Lender pursuant to Section 9.04. The initial amount of each Domestic Revolving Lender’s Domestic Revolving Commitment is set forth on the Commitment Schedule, or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Domestic Revolving Lender shall have assumed its Domestic Revolving Commitment, as applicable.
