Domestic Revolving Credit Facility definition

Domestic Revolving Credit Facility means a domestic revolving credit facility with a revolving commitment in an aggregate amount of at least Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) and which facility is not guaranteed by Ex-Im Bank or any other governmental program.
