Domestic Subsidiary Guarantors definition

Domestic Subsidiary Guarantors means each Person (other than the Company) that is from time to time a party (but only for so long as they are a party) to the Domestic Subsidiary Guaranty.
Domestic Subsidiary Guarantors means any Subsidiary Guarantor that is a Domestic Subsidiary and is not an Excluded Subsidiary.
Domestic Subsidiary Guarantors means (i) all of the Company’s Significant Domestic Incorporated Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date and (ii) all new Significant Domestic Incorporated Subsidiaries which become Domestic Subsidiary Guarantors in accordance with Section 7.2(K).
