  • Domestic organization means an organization created under the laws of this state.

  • Domestic use means that portion of metered water service, electricity, electrical current, natural, artificial or propane gas, wood, coal or home heating oil, and in any city not within a county, metered or unmetered water service, which an individual occupant of a residential premises uses for nonbusiness, noncommercial or nonindustrial purposes. Each seller shall establish and maintain a system whereby individual purchases are determined as exempt or nonexempt;

  • Domestic business entity means a business entity organized under the laws of this state, including but not limited to a limited liability company as defined in section 489.102; a corporation organized pursuant to chapter 490; a nonprofit corporation organized under chapter 504; a partnership, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, or limited liability limited partnership as provided in chapter 486A or 488; or a cooperative association or other cooperative organized under this chapter or chapter 497, 498, 499, or 501.

  • Domestic Foreign Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower that owns no material assets (held directly or indirectly through one or more disregarded entities) other than capital stock (or capital stock and/or debt) of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries that are CFCs and/or Domestic Foreign Holding Companies.

  • Domestic sewage means waste and wastewater from humans, or household operations that is discharged to or otherwise enters a treatment works.

  • Domestic brewery means a place where beer and malt liquor

  • Wholly-Owned Foreign Subsidiary means, as to any Person, any Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of such Person which is a Foreign Subsidiary.
