Downstream Systems definition

Downstream Systems means the Software, hardware, systems and processes (including updates to and replacements of any such items) of each of the Enterprises that interface or interoperate directly or through one or more intermediary systems with the Platform and that receive data or services from the Platform.
Downstream Systems means all infrastructure and systems downstream of the Buoy System’s pipeline end manifold.

Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.
