  • Covanta shall provide an initial notice to Global stating when it expects that the DP System will be available for pick-up in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.2(b) and shall provide a second notice when such work has been completed and the DP System is available for pick-up.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Covanta shall not be required to remove any other portion of the Demonstration Plant other than the DP System purchased from AK.
