Drainage pipe definition

Drainage pipe means "drainage system" as defined by this administrative regulation.
Drainage pipe means the 60” drainage pipe located on the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parcel, depicted on Exhibit J, currently owned by the State, which will be owned by the City when the State Land is conveyed to the City and which will continue to be owned by the City after the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parcel is conveyed to the Developer and which may need to be relocated on the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parcel.
Drainage pipe means the 48” drainage pipe on the Development Parcel to be relocated to a location in the Tunnels and Driveways as set forth on Exhibit K of this Agreement.
