Development Parcel definition

Development Parcel means all of the property located within the boundaries of the #Loop Road#, as shown on Map 1 in Appendix A of this Chapter. The #Development Parcel# shall be deemed a single #zoning lot# for the purpose of applying all regulations of this Resolution.

  • In the event Lessee fails to timely provide a Non-Acceptance Notice to Aviation Department pursuant to Subsection (b)(1), above, Lessee shall have no further right to notify the Aviation Department of Lessee's non-acceptance of the Development Parcel and Lessee shall be required to accept the entire Premises in "AS IS CONDITION" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" as provided in Subsection 2(j), above.

  • If Lessee does not accept the Development Parcel pursuant to the requirements of Section 3, above, Lessee shall obtain an Exit Environmental Assessment of the Current Parcel within twelve (12) months prior to the Completion Date.

  • If Xxxxxx accepts the Development Parcel pursuant to the requirements of Section 3, above, Lessee shall obtain an Exit Environmental Assessment of the Current Parcel within twelve (12) months prior to the Phase 1 Date.


More Definitions of Development Parcel

Development Parcel means a portion of a designated seawall lot that is subdivided for construction of improvements, or rehabilitation of historic buildings for reuse, and that will be used for nontrust land uses.
Development Parcel means any of the parcels or easements created within the Redevelopment Area.
