Drawing Event definition

Drawing Event means an event on any Distribution Date where Party B, after giving effect to the subordination provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement and any Election Interest Payments made by the Policy Provider (but without regard to drawings under a Primary Liquidity Facility or withdrawals from the Cash Collateral Account or Above-Cap Account), shall not have sufficient funds for the payment of accrued interest due and owing on the Class G–2 Certificates other than any amount of interest due and payable on the Class G–2 Certificates on such Distribution Date that remains unpaid due to the failure of the Depositary to pay any amount of accrued interest on the Deposits on such Distribution Date.
Drawing Event means either the Junior Rent Reserve Drawing Event, the Senior Rent Reserve Drawing Event, the Well Maintenance Reserve Drawing Event or the Indemnity Reserve Drawing Event, as applicable, each as defined in the Depositary Agreement.
Drawing Event means any of the events set forth in Paragraphs 6(b)(iv) and (v).

Examples of Drawing Event in a sentence

  • To register a Golden Ticket, a Golden Ticket holder must (1) sign and acknowledge the documents reasonably required by the Sponsor (the “Registration Materials”), which will be distributed with the Golden Ticket; and (2) mail the signed and acknowledged Registration Materials to: Pittsburgh Penguins Golden Ticket Prize Drawing Event, 1001 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

  • Funds under this SBLC are available to PSALM, at sight, upon our receipt of the original copy of the SBLC and a Demand Certificate: (1) in the form of Annex A attached to this document notifying us of the occurrence of a Bid Security Drawing Event defined in the Bidding Procedures; (2) appropriately completed and signed by PSALM’s authorized officer, employee or signatory; and, (3) presented as specified on or before the Expiration Date defined in this document.

  • Drawing Event shall include the default by the pledging party on its Obligations or by another Group member under its Obligations under an Underlying Master Agreement.

  • The Carolina Hurricanes Platinum Puck Prize Drawing Event (“Event”) is open only to persons 18 years of age or older who are both (a) legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia); and (b) verified registrants, as of March 22, 2018, of a valid and authentic Carolina Hurricanes Platinum Puck (“Platinum Puck”), subject to these Official Rules.


More Definitions of Drawing Event

Drawing Event means any deficiency in the Accounts under this Depositary Agreement other than the Loss Proceeds Account, the Special Rent Reserve Account and the Distribution Account.
Drawing Event means, in respect of each Purchaser, the occurrence and continuance of (a) an Act of Bankruptcy, or (b) the failure of such Purchaser (x) to replace or renew (when required pursuant to Section 7.20) an Acceptable Letter of Credit at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Acceptable Letter of Credit being replaced or renewed or (y) to replace (when required pursuant to Section 7.20) an Acceptable Letter of Credit within ten (10) days after the earlier of the day on which such Purchaser shall (A) have been given notice by Seller that the long-term, senior unsecured debt obligations of the Issuing Bank shall cease to have a rating of not less than A by S&P or Moody's or (B) have Knowledge of such cessation.
Drawing Event means an event on any Distribution Date where Party B, after giving effect to the subordination provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement and any Election Interest Payments made by the Policy Provider (but without regard to drawings under the Primary Liquidity Facility or withdrawals from the Primary Cash Collateral Account or Above-Cap Account or under the Policy (other than Election Interest Payments)), shall not have sufficient funds for the payment of any amounts due and owing in respect of accrued interest on the Class G Certificates.
Drawing Event means (a) there has occurred, and is continuing at the time of reference, a Stabilization Failure with respect to a Covered Eligible Bond, or (b) the Expiration Date has occurred and at such time there remain any Covered Eligible Bonds that are secured by Properties which are not Stabilized Properties.
Drawing Event means any one or more of the following: (i) an event of default under Article 18(a)(i) of this Lease; (ii) an event of default under Article 18(a)(ii) of this Lease with respect to which Landlord performs Tenant's unperformed obligation and incurs costs in connection with such performance; (iii) any event of default under Article 18(a)(iii), (iv), (v), (vi) or (x); (iv) any other event of default under Article 18 with respect to which Landlord has exercised or is simultaneously exercising one or more of Landlord's remedies under Article 18(b)(i) or (ii).
Drawing Event has the meaning given in the JV Agreement.
Drawing Event means any one or more of the following: (i) an event of default under Article 18(a)(i) of this Lease; (ii) an event of default under Article 18(a)(ii) of this Lease with respect to which Landlord performs Tenant's unperformed obligation and incurs costs in connection with such performance and Tenant fails to reimburse Landlord in full for all such costs within ten (10) days after written notice from Landlord to Tenant; (iii) any event of default under Article 18(a)(iii), (iv), (v), (vi) or (x); (iv) any other event of default under Article 18 with respect to which Landlord has commenced or is simultaneously commencing an action to terminate this Lease or terminate Tenant's right to possession under Article 18(b)(i), Article 18(b)(ii), at law or in equity, and such action is not dismissed within sixty (60) days after the filing thereof.
