Drawn Fee definition

Drawn Fee means, with respect to each Related Group, the fee payable by the Transferor to the related Administrative Agent for the account of the applicable Investors in such Related Group pursuant to Section 2.7(i) hereof, the terms of which are set forth in the Investor Fee Letter. ​
Drawn Fee has the meaning assigned in the applicable Fee Letter.

  • Notwithstanding any limitation on recourse contained in this Agreement, on the second Business Day of each month the Transferor shall pay the following non-refundable fees: (i) to each Administrative Agent for the account of the applicable Investors in its Related Group, the Drawn Fee, (ii) to each Administrative Agent for the account of the applicable Bank Investors in its Related Group, the Unused Fee and (iii) to the Agent the Administration Fee.

  • Loan Fee shall have the meaning assigned in Section 5.1.

  • Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.

  • Break Fee means an amount to compensate a Proponent for some of the costs the Proponent had incurred in developing and submitting a Proposal in the event that the RFP Process is cancelled, as determined by the Sponsors in accordance with RFP Section 10.3.3;

  • Exit Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Fee Letter.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Prepayment Fee is, with respect to any Term Loan subject to prepayment prior to the Maturity Date, whether by mandatory or voluntary prepayment, acceleration or otherwise, an additional fee payable to the Lenders in amount equal to:

  • Drawing Fee means, with respect to each Draft drawn by TCCI and purchased by any Person on any Drawing Date and subject to the provisions of Section 2.15, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Applicable Rate times the aggregate Face Amount of the Draft, multiplied by (ii) a fraction the numerator of which is the number of days in the term to maturity of such Draft and the denominator of which is 365 or 366, as applicable.

  • Amendment Fee means any fee offered, paid or payable to any Lender Party by the Borrower or any Affiliate of the Borrower (whether directly or through the Administrative Agent or any other Person) in consideration for any waiver of, or agreement to amend or modify any provision of, any of the Financing Documents.

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.

  • Program Fee is defined in the Fee Letter.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Modification Fee means a fee, if any, collected from a Mortgagor by the Master Servicer in connection with a modification of any Mortgage Loan (other than a Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan), Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note other than a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or collected in connection with a modification by the Special Servicer of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(b).

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Facing Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(c).

  • Structuring Fee has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.

  • Cash Advance Fee means a cash advance fee or similar fee that is charged to an Account under the related Credit Card Agreement.

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Rate shall mean the percentage rate per annum based on the Leverage Ratio then in effect according to the pricing grid on Schedule 1.1(A) below the heading “Commitment Fee.”

  • L/C Participation Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(c).

  • Advance fee means any consideration paid or given, directly or indirectly, to a mortgage lender, secondary mortgage broker or originator required to be licensed or registered pursuant to sections 36a-510 to 36a-524, inclusive, as amended by this act, prior to the closing of a secondary mortgage loan to any person, including, but not limited to, loan fees, points, broker's fees or commissions, transaction fees, or similar prepaid finance charges;

  • Unused Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).
