Drilling Program definition

Drilling Program means any current or future arrangement between the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company and another Person pursuant to which (i) such Person agrees, or has, prior to the Issue Date, agreed, to drill, complete or perform operations to enhance recovery from, a well or wellx xx mineral interests owned by the Company or such Subsidiary and (ii) the Company or such Subsidiary agrees, or has, prior to the Issue Date, agreed, to convey or assign to such Person an interest in such well or wellx xx accordance with clause (l) of the definition of "Permitted Liens."
Drilling Program means the drilling program to be conducted by the Partnership, MOC, and MD pursuant to the Program Agreement and the rights, interests, and properties of MD and the Partnership under or subject to the Program Agreement.
Drilling Program means the drilling program prepared by InterOil for each well hereunder at least in the level of detail as set out in section 104 of the Regulation.

  • If, upon receipt of the Additional Drilling Program Election, Epsilon fails to deliver the Additional Carry Commitment in accordance with Section 2.3(c), mutatis mutandis subject to the replacement of “December 1, 2025” with “December 1, 2026”, then Epsilon shall be liable and make payment to HWN in the amount of $2,000,000, less any Additional Carry Commitment costs already paid by Epsilon (the “Additional Carry Commitment Default Payment”).

  • HWN shall drill, complete and equip or plug and abandon the Xxxxx in the Drilling Program during the Carry Period.

  • The Parties shall agree on the locations and target formations of the Xxxxx to be Spud as part of the Drilling Program and the timing of Spudding and any delays due to commodity or operational issues.

Drilling Program means any arrangement between the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower and another Person pursuant to which (i) such Person agrees (x) to drill, complete or perform operations to enhance recovery from, a well or wellx xx mineral interests owned by the Borrower or such Subsidiary or (y) to pay to the Borrower or such Subsidiary all or a portion of the costs paid or incurred in connection with drilling, completing or performing such other operations (or to reimburse the Borrower or such Subsidiary for such costs within six months of the incurrence thereof) and (ii) the Borrower or such Subsidiary agrees to convey or assign to such person an interest in such well or wellx xx accordance with clause (l) of the definition of "Permitted Liens."
Drilling Program means any current or future arrangement between the Corporation or any Subsidiary of the Corporation and another Person pursuant to which (i) such Person agrees, or has, prior to the Issue Date, agreed, to drill, complete or perform operations to enhance recovery from, a well or wells on mineral interests owned by the Corporation or such Subsidiary and (ii) the Corporation or such Subsidiary agrees, or has, prior to the Issue Date, agreed, to convey or assign to such Person an interest in such well or wells in accordance with clause (l) of the definition of "Permitted Liens."
