Drilling Program definition

Drilling Program means any current or future arrangement between the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company and another Person pursuant to which (i) such Person agrees, or has, prior to the Issue Date, agreed, to drill, complete or perform operations to enhance recovery from, a well or well▇ ▇▇ mineral interests owned by the Company or such Subsidiary and (ii) the Company or such Subsidiary agrees, or has, prior to the Issue Date, agreed, to convey or assign to such Person an interest in such well or well▇ ▇▇ accordance with clause (l) of the definition of "Permitted Liens."
Drilling Program means the exploration, drilling and development of identified drilling projects from Company-held leases and producing acreage in the Gulf of Mexico pursuant to the Contribution Agreement, dated as of February 23, 2018, between the Company and Monza Energy, LLC.
Drilling Program means the drilling program to be conducted by the Partnership, MOC, and MD pursuant to the Program Agreement and the rights, interests, and properties of MD and the Partnership under or subject to the Program Agreement.

More Definitions of Drilling Program

Drilling Program means the drilling program prepared by InterOil for each well hereunder at least in the level of detail as set out in section 104 of the Regulation.
