The Co-funded Government – Industry Drilling Program part of the Exploration Incentive Scheme (EIS), is being funded by the State Government to stimulate geoscience exploration and contribute to the economic development of Greenfield regional areas of Western Australia.
The transfer of an undeveloped Lease from the Partnership to an Affiliated Drilling Program must be made at fair market value if the undeveloped Lease has been held for more than two years.
The expenditure amount required by Fellows Energy in the Phase One Drilling Program will include all direct costs incurred by Fellows Energy’s staff or consultants (limited to ten (10%) percent of the total spent) to manage the Phase One Drilling Program, but will not include any of Fellows Energy’s overhead and managerial costs.
Such reimbursement obligation shall also apply to all Administrative Costs incurred by the Program Manager, the Managing Partner or any of its Affiliates on behalf of the Partnership or the Drilling Program from the beginning of the calendar year in which the Partnership is formed to the date of the admission of the Investor Partners.
