DRO Amount definition

DRO Amount means the amount specified in the DRO Registry with respect to any DRO Partner, as such DRO Registry may be amended from time to time.
DRO Amount means the amount specified on Exhibit C with respect to any DRO Partner, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time.
DRO Amount means (A) with respect to WRAM, $10,873,678, (B) with respect to WRH, $63,014,285 and (C) with respect to each Scheduled Assignee, the amount set forth opposite such Scheduled Assignee's name on Schedule 1 hereto.

Examples of DRO Amount in a sentence

  • After the death of a DRO Partner who is an individual, the executor of the estate of such DRO Partner may elect to reduce (or eliminate) the DRO Amount of such DRO Partner.

  • If such executor does not make a timely election pursuant to this Section 13.3 (whether or not the balance in the applicable Capital Account is negative at such time), then the DRO Partner’s estate (and the beneficiaries thereof who receive distributions of Partnership Interests therefrom) shall be deemed a DRO Partner with a DRO Amount in the same amount as the deceased DRO Partner.

  • No Limited Partner shall have any right to become a DRO Partner, to increase its DRO Amount, or otherwise agree to restore any portion of any deficit that may exist in its Capital Account without the express written consent of the General Partner, in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Any DRO Partner which itself is a partnership for U.S. federal income tax purposes may likewise elect, after the date of its partner’s death to reduce (or eliminate) its DRO Amount by delivering a similar notice to the General Partner within the time period specified above, and in the absence of any such notice the DRO Amount of such DRO Partner shall not be reduced to reflect the death of any of its partners.

  • No Partner shall have any right to become a DRO Partner, to increase its DRO Amount, or otherwise agree to restore any portion of any Capital Account Deficit without the express written consent of the General Partner, in its sole and absolute discretion.


More Definitions of DRO Amount

DRO Amount means $0 on the Effective Date, and from and after the Effective Date means $0 unless such amount is increased pursuant to a Fund Addendum.
DRO Amount means, with respect to any DRO, the dollar amount of Capital Account deficit specified therein that the relevant Protected Partner undertakes an obligation to restore in accordance with the terms of such DRO.
DRO Amount means the aggregate amount that is subject to a DRO by the Protected Partners at any time.

Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Revocable Trust (the “Trust”), $500,000, and (iii) Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx (the “Xxxxxxxxxxxx”), $110,000.

DRO Amount means (a) with respect to Charles F. Waldner, Jr. and Marjorie W. Waldner (the “Waldners”), $4,200,000, and (b) the partners of AWP Limited (“AWP”), collectively $1,110,000 or individually (i) the Waldners, $500,000, (ii) the R. Scott Morrison Revocable Trust (the “Trust”),
