Drug Substance Specifications definition

Drug Substance Specifications means those Manufacturing, performance and quality-control specifications for the Drug Substance in the Territory, which are initially as set shall be set forth in a schedule to the Quality Agreement, as such specifications may be amended from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Quality Agreement.

Examples of Drug Substance Specifications in a sentence

  • Abbott shall manufacture Bulk Drug Substance in accordance with the Bulk Drug Substance Specifications that the Parties shall mutually develop.
