Dry Cleaner definition

Dry Cleaner means a stationary source engaged in the cleaning of fabrics in an essentially non-aqueous solvent by means of one or more washes in solvent, extraction of excess solvent by spinning and drying by tumbling in an airstream. The source includes, but is not limited to, any washer, dryer, filter purification system, waste disposal system, holding tank, pump and attendant piping and valves.
Dry Cleaner means any person providing service in relation to dry cleaning.
