DS-1 A service having an absolute digital signal speed of 1.544 Mbps. DS-3: A service having an absolute digital signal speed of 44.736 Mbps. Duct: A pipe, tube or conduit through which cables or wires are passed. Dynamic 911: The provision of E911 service utilizing a call processing arrangement with pseudo ANIs for non call-path associated signaling and routing commonly associated with the delivery of mobile, nomadic or out-of-region calls.
IXC means a Carrier that provides InterLATA or IntraLATA Toll services.
Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.
Digital Signal Level 3 (DS-3 means the 44.736 Mbps third level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.
PNode has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
PSTN means the public switched telephone network.
Level 4 means a project of greater than 550 kWac and not more than 1 MWac.
Level 2 means a charging system that provides charging through a two-hundred- eight to two-hundred-forty volt AC plug with a cord connector that meets the SAE international J1772 standard or a successor standard.
Digital Signal Level 1 (DS-1 means the 1.544 Mbps first level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.
Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.
Level 3 Support means, with the use of backup engineering and technical support staff, isolating Defects and developing Defect corrections including, without limitation, Upgrades.
Headend means any facility for signal reception and dissemination on a Cable System, including cables, antennas, wires, satellite dishes, monitors, switchers, modulators, processors for Broadcast Signals, equipment for the Interconnection of the Cable System with adjacent Cable Systems and Interconnection of any networks which are part of the Cable System, and all other related equipment and facilities.
Digital Signal Level 0 or "DS0" means the 64 Kbps zero-level signal in the time-division multiplex hierarchy.
CDSL means Central Depository Services (India) Ltd.
Ethernet means a family of computer networking technologies for LANs.
OPD treatment means the one in which the Insured visits a clinic / hospital or associated facility like a consultation room for diagnosis and treatment based on the advice of a Medical Practitioner. The Insured is not admitted as a day care or in-patient.
TARGET2 System means the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) system or any successor thereto.
Level 5 means a project of greater than 2 MWac.
Keyboard access Can users access all functions and content, and complete all tasks, independently by using only the keyboard (<tab>, <enter>, <spacebar>, <esc>, and arrow keys)? Verify in particular: o There are no keyboard traps that would prevent a user from advancing through the entire page, such as an automatically-refreshing social media embedded feed (tip: try to tab very, very slowly through any such feed to observe whether a user can close it, or move past it, at a reasonable point; if the feed keeps refreshing by automatically adding additional entries to be shown, it causes a trap for those who are unable to use quick keyboard strokes β or a mouse - to navigate);
Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.
CPD means verifiable continuing professional development, as described in the General Dental Council's publication of April 2000, "Lifelong Learning β Taking Dentistry Forward", and may include attendance at approved postgraduate education courses but does not include any quality improvement activities within the meaning of paragraph 40 of Schedule 1 to the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 in respect of which he is claiming an allowance in accordance with Determination XI of this Statement;
kVA means kilovolt-ampere or kilovolt-amperes;
SDR means Special Drawing Rights as defined by the International Monetary Fund.
Continuing treatment means ongoing medical treatment or supervision by a health care provider.
Diameter means the diameter of the stem of a tree measured outside the bark at a specified point of measurement.
Connector means a flanged, screwed, welded, or other joined fitting used to connect two pipelines or a pipeline and a piece of process equipment.
