The stated amount of any applicable Cash-Substitute LC shall be considered a deposit in the DSR Account for purposes of this Section 7.5.1. If on any Quarterly Date amounts in the DSR Account are below the DSR Requirement, there shall be deposited all amounts in excess of the amounts applied pursuant to Waterfall Levels (1)-(5) in the DSR Account until the balance in the DSR Account is equal to the DSR Requirement.
On each Quarterly Date, to the DSR Account pursuant to Section 7.5 to the extent the DSR Requirement has not been satisfied.

On the Closing Date, the Borrower shall Fully Fund the Debt Service Reserve Account up to the DSR Requirement Amount as of the Closing Date with cash or a Sponsor Guaranty.
