DSR Requirement definition

DSR Requirement has the meaning given in Section 7.5.1.

Examples of DSR Requirement in a sentence

  • The Borrower will use the proceeds of the Loans solely to (i) consummate the Transactions, (ii) make the distributions to Sponsor and/or its Affiliates described in Section 6.06(c) and (iii) except to the extent otherwise satisfied through the issuance and delivery of a DSR Guaranty or a DSR Letter of Credit, to fund the DSR Requirement Amount on the Closing Date.
