DSRA Balance Target definition

DSRA Balance Target means an amount equal to: (i) Euro 500,000 (five hundred thousand/00) from the Issue Date until the Entry into Operation and, thereafter (ii) an amount equal to the Debt Service.
DSRA Balance Target means, on each Calculation Date, (i) Euro 0 (zero) starting from the Issue Date (included) until 30th June 2022 (excluded); (ii) Euro 110,000 (one hundred and ten thousand/00), starting from 30th June 2022 (included) until the end of the Availability Period (included); and (iii) an amount equal to 50% of the Debt Service to be paid over the following 12 months thereafter.
DSRA Balance Target means an amount equal to (A) Euro 400,000.00 (four hundred thousand/00) starting from the Issue Date (included) until the Calculation Date falling in June 2021 (excluded) and (B) Euro 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand/00) thereafter.

More Definitions of DSRA Balance Target

DSRA Balance Target means, on the first Utilisation Date and on any following Calculation Date, an amount equal to 50% (fifty per cent.) of the Debt Service due on the two Interest Payment Dates immediately following the relevant Calculation Date.
DSRA Balance Target means an amount, (a) equal to Euro 260,000.00 on the Issue Date, and, thereafter, (b) during the Construction Period, the amount specified in each Uses of Funds as update in accordance with the Update Construction Budgets or Revised Construction Budgets, as case may be, and (c) after the Construction Period, calculated on each Calculation Date, equal to 50% (fifty per cent.) of the aggregate of (i) the instalments for the redemption of the Principal Amount Outstanding of the Notes and (ii) the Interest Amounts, both due and payable in accordance with the Base Case, on the two Interest Payment Dates immediately following the relevant Calculation Date.

  • First Liquidation Target Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.1(c)(i)(D).

  • Overcollateralization Target Amount As of any Distribution Date, 1.30% of the Initial Aggregate Receivables Principal Balance.

  • Second Liquidation Target Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.1(c)(i)(E).

  • Target Amount is defined in Section 4.3(b)(i).

  • Target Capital Account means the Capital Account of a Member as of the end of each fiscal year, increased by any amount that such Member is obligated to restore under this Agreement, is treated as obligated to restore under Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(c), or is deemed obligated to restore under the penultimate sentences of Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-2(g)(1) and (i)(5).

  • Balance Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1 of this Agreement.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume; “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted;

  • Target Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1I(1) hereof.

  • Target Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, 3.00% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Target Overcollateralization Amount shall not exceed the Adjusted Pool Balance on such Payment Date.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • EBITDA Target means the Company's projected earnings before interest, taxes, one-time transition expenses, non-cash compensation expense charges, depreciation and amortization, as contained in the Company's budget for the Applicable Period and which is approved by the Board (without reference to any adjustments or revision, upwards or downwards, to such projected earnings which are subsequently approved by the Board as part of any subsequent revision to such budget), and (ii) the term "Financial Results" shall mean the Company's EBITDA calculated by reference to the Company's financial statements for the Applicable Period as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").

  • Quarterly Distribution Date means the last Business Day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter after the Effective Date; provided, however, that if the Effective Date is within 45 days of the end of a calendar quarter, the first Quarterly Distribution Date will be the last Business Day of the month following the end of the first calendar quarter after the calendar quarter in which the Effective Date falls.

  • Group I Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Adjusted Capital Account Balance means, with respect to each Partner, the balance in such Partner’s Capital Account adjusted (i) by taking into account the adjustments, allocations and distributions described in Treasury Regulations Sections 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(c)(4), (5) and (6); and (ii) by adding to such balance such Partner’s share of Partnership Minimum Gain and Partner Nonrecourse Debt Minimum Gain, determined pursuant to Treasury Regulations Sections 1.704-2(g) and 1.704-2(i)(5), and any amounts such Partner is obligated to restore pursuant to any provision of this Agreement or by applicable Law. The foregoing definition of Adjusted Capital Account Balance is intended to comply with the provisions of Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(d) and shall be interpreted consistently therewith.

  • Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.

  • Annual Balanced Budget means that, in each Funding Year of the term of this Agreement, the total revenues of the HSP are greater than or equal to the total expenses, from all sources, of the HSP;

  • Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.
