Dutch Collateral Party definition

Dutch Collateral Party has the meaning specified in Section 9.12(a).
Dutch Collateral Party means each Obligor that agrees to provide security governed by Netherlands law.

Examples of Dutch Collateral Party in a sentence

  • The payment undertaking of each Dutch Collateral Party under this Article 8 (Parallel Debt) are each to be referred to as a “Parallel Debt”.

  • The Parallel Debt of each Dutch Collateral Party will be payable in the currency or currencies of the Corresponding Obligations and will become due and payable as and when and to the extent the relevant Corresponding Obligations become due and payable.
