  • The quality of Gas at the TTF for which the Customer makes Injection Requests and Withdrawal Requests shall be as prescribed by the TSO and any dispute as to the quality of Gas arising at the TTF shall not be determined under or in connection with this Agreement, but shall be determined separately by GSB and/or the Customer with the TSO according to rights and obligations contained in the Dutch Network Code.

  • FOISA means the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under this Act from time to time or any superseding or amending enactments or regulations, together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner, the Scottish Information Commissioner and/or any relevant government department in relation to such legislation.

  • JSE means JSE Limited, registration number 2005/022939/06, a public company incorporated in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and which is licensed to operate an exchange in terms of section 9 of the Financial Markets Act;
