Dutch Note definition

Dutch Note means each variable funding rental car asset backed note issued by Dutch FleetCo pursuant to and in accordance with the Dutch Note Framework Agreement and the Dutch Facility Agreement.

Examples of Dutch Note in a sentence

  • Any conflict between this Dutch Note and the Indenture will be governed by the Indenture.

  • This Dutch Note is one of a duly authorized issue of Initial Dutch Notes of the Company designated as its 13% Senior Secured Notes due 2007 (the "Initial Dutch Notes").

  • The registered Holder of this Dutch Note may be treated as the owner of it for all purposes.

  • All references in this Indenture and in the Dutch Notes to the principal of or interest or other payments on, or in respect of, a Dutch Note shall be deemed to include, without duplication, any Additional Amounts payable in connection therewith.

  • Each Dutch Note shall have an executed Guarantee endorsed thereon substantially in the form of Exhibit E hereto from each Domestic Guarantor, Exhibit F hereto from each Foreign Guarantor, and Exhibit G hereto from the Company.

  • Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreement and the Dutch Share Pledge Agreement and any other Security Document governed by Dutch law.

  • Bid Security means the bid security provided by the Contractor to the Authority in accordance with the Request for Proposal, and which is to remain in force until substituted by the Performance Security;

  • Dutch Auction means an auction (an “Auction”) conducted by Holdings or one of its Subsidiaries in order to purchase any Term Loans under a Tranche (the “Purchase”) in accordance with the following procedures or such other procedures as may be agreed to between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower:

  • Coupon Security means any Bearer Security authenticated and delivered with one or more Coupons appertaining thereto.

  • Special Note State agencies may make purchases under this Requirements Contract up to $2500.00 using the state of Ohio payment card. Any purchase that exceeds $2500.00 will be made using the official state of Ohio purchase order (ADM- 0523). Any non-state agency, institution of higher education or Cooperative Purchasing member will use forms applicable to their respective agency.
