Dutch Works Council definition

Dutch Works Council means the competent works council applicable to Seller or any of its Affiliates for the purposes of the Dutch Transaction.
Dutch Works Council means the VION Group Works Council (Ondernemingsraad) established under the Dutch Works Council Act (Wet op de Ondernemingsraden).

  • Each Dutch Credit Party shall comply with the requirements of the Dutch Works Council Act in respect of the Transaction and the transactions contemplated thereby.
