DWI program definition

DWI program means a community program specifically designed to provide treatment, aftercare or prevention of or education regarding driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

Examples of DWI program in a sentence

  • If a county does not have a council-approved DWI program, service or activity or does not need the full amount of the available distribution, the unused money shall revert to the local DWI grant fund and may be used by the council for the local DWI grant program.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training which contains the terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.

  • Individualized education program or “IEP” means a written statement for a child with a disability as defined in 14 DE Admin. Code 922.
