Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage definition

Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means, at any time, a percentage calculated as follows: where: SF = stress factor of 2.00; ADR = Adjusted Dilution Ratio; DVR = Dilution Volatility Ratio; DHR = Dilution Horizon Ratio.
Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to: DHR x {(SF x ADR) + DVC} where: ADR = the Adjusted Dilution Ratio on such day, DHR = the Dilution Horizon Ratio on such day, DVC = Dilution Volatility Ratio on such day, and SF = the Stress Factor on such day.
Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means, on any date, the product of (i) the Dilution Horizon Ratio and (ii) the sum of (a) two and one-quarter (2.25) times the average of the Dilution Ratios for the twelve (12) most recently ended Settlement Periods and (b) the Dilution Spike Factor.

More Definitions of Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage

Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means, for any Collection Period, the following calculated as of the last day of such Collection Period: [(SF x ED) + ((DS - ED) x DS/ED)] x DHR + ECDP where: SF = the Stress Factor; ED = the Expected Dilutions; DS = the Dilution Spike; DHR = the Dilution Horizon Ratio; ECDP = the Expected Contractual Dilutions Percentage.”;
Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means, as of any Monthly Reporting Date and continuing to (but excluding) the next succeeding Monthly Reporting Date, a percentage, determined as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period, equal to the product of (a) the sum of (i) the product of (A) the Stress Factor and (B) the average of the Dilution Ratios for the twelve (12) most recently ended Monthly Periods, plus (ii) the Dilution Volatility Ratio as of such day, and (b) the Dilution Horizon Factor as of such day.
Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means the ratio (expressed as a percentage), calculated on any day, of the product of (a) the sum of (i) the Stress Factor multiplied by Expected Dilution, plus (ii) the Dilution Volatility Ratio, times (b) the Dilution Horizon Ratio.
Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means, on any day, a percentage determined as follows:
Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means, at any time, a percentage calculated as follows:
Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means, as of the last day of any calendar month, a percentage equal to the following calculation: where: SF = the Stress Factor DHR = the Dilution Horizon Ratio at such time. DS = the Dilution Spike Ratio at such time. ED = the Expected Dilution Ratio at such time.
Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means at any time, the amount expressed as a percentage and calculated in accordance with the following formula: DDRP = (SF x ED) + ((DS — ED) x (DS / ED)) x DHR where: SF = the Stress Factor at such time. ED = the Expected Dilution Ratio as such time DS = the highest two (2) consecutive month average of the Dilution Ratios during the immediately preceding twelve months. DHR = the Dilution Horizon Ratio at such time.
