Dynegy Group definition

Dynegy Group means the "affiliated group" (as defined in Section 1504(a) of the Code) of which Dynegy is the common parent, or any other group of corporations that files, has filed or will file Tax Returns on a combined, consolidated or unitary basis with Dynegy (and, in each case, any predecessor or successor to such group).
