Nine (9) months of the E ective Date, and every six (6) months thereafter, the Security Monitor shall prepare a report that documents Xxxx'x efforts during the prior six (6) months to prevent Pro piling in the Tier I Macy's Stores, evaluate the effectiveness of those efforts, and detail , y corrective or remedial measures undertaken to redress any problems or issues identifie • (the "Tier I Monitoring Report").
