This Agreement shall commence on the Agreement signature date and the Initial Term shall commence on the latest respective Go Live Date specified in the Services Schedule and shall continue for [36/60] months (“Initial Term”) unless otherwise terminated as provided herein.
Live Date The date set out in the Schedule or, if none, the date on which the Services are first available for use in a live or production environment other than for the purposes of testing.
