Live Date definition
Live Date means the date on which the Trust is converted onto the Administrator’s system and the Administrator begins calculating the Trust’s official net asset values (“NAV”).
Live Date means the date on which you agree that the Implementation Services have been completed in all material respects and the Booking Service is able to accept live bookings using our production environment and booking journeys.
