Early Preference Share Redemption Valuation Date means the date specified as such in the Applicable Supplement.
Early Preference Share Redemption Valuation Date means the second Business Day immediately preceding the date for early redemption of the Notes.

  • SPS Redemption Valuation Date means the Settlement Price Date.

  • Final Redemption Value means the Underlying Reference Value.

  • Redemption Value means, in respect of a Unit, the price per Unit at which such Unit is redeemed, calculated in accordance with the Trust Deed.

  • Series A Conversion Price shall initially be equal to $0.71. Such initial Series A Conversion Price, and the rate at which shares of Series A Preferred Stock may be converted into shares of Common Stock, shall be subject to adjustment as provided below.
