Early Redemption Settlement Date definition

Early Redemption Settlement Date means, subject to postponement in accordance with Condition 8(c) (Postponement relating to the Final Redemption or Early Redemption of the ETC Securities), the earlier of:
Early Redemption Settlement Date means 3 Exchange Business Days (excluding Exchange Business Days on which there is a Disruption Event, unless the Issuer agrees otherwise) following the Early Redemption Date, provided that if such date is not a Currency Business Day then the Early Redemption Settlement Date shall fall on the next following Currency Business Day, subject to the provisions of Condition 12 and Condition 14.
Early Redemption Settlement Date means the date specified as such in the notice to Noteholder that an Early Redemption Event has occurred which shall not be less than four (4) Business Days following the Event Notification Date.

Examples of Early Redemption Settlement Date in a sentence

  • The Security shall become enforceable if payment of the Redemption Amount in respect of any ETC Security is not made in full when due on the Scheduled Maturity Date or the relevant Early Redemption Settlement Date (if applicable).

  • The Issuer will, on or prior to the Early Redemption Settlement Date, make available to Securityholders of Cash Redemption Securities details of the determination of the Early Redemption Amount (which shall include publication of the price, volume and date of each sale of Underlying Metal and the determination of the Metal Sale Proceeds per Security).

  • The Issuer (or the Adviser acting on its behalf) shall instruct the Custodian to deliver on the Early Redemption Settlement Date an amount of Metal in accordance with the relevant Authorised Participant Agreement to each Authorised Participant who has elected to receive Physical Redemption equal to the product of (x) the Final Metal Entitlement; and (y) the number of Physical Redemption Securities of such Series held by such Authorised Participant.

  • If (A) an Issuer Call Redemption Event occurs, (B) any of the other Early Redemption Events listed in Condition 7(d) ( Early Redemption Events) occur or (C) an Event of Default Redemption Notice is issued, each ETC Security outstanding as at the Early Redemption Trade Date shall become due and payable on the Early Redemption Settlement Date at its Early Redemption Amount.

  • In particular, the ability of the Issuer to pay the Early Redemption Amount or the Final Redemption Amount on the Scheduled Maturity Date or Early Redemption Settlement Date (as applicable) will depend on the receipt by it from each relevant Metals Counterparty of the net proceeds of liquidation of any Metal to be liquidated on its behalf by such Metals Counterparty in accordance with the Conditions and the relevant Metals Counterparty Agreement.

Related to Early Redemption Settlement Date

  • Early Redemption Date means the date on which the Notes become due and payable pursuant to Condition 9;

  • Early Redemption Event means that R (k) is equal to or greater than the Early Redemption Level (k) on the respective Observation Date (k).

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Early Redemption Amount (k means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.

  • Subscription Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Subscription Trade Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.

  • Early Redemption Notice means an irrevocable notice from the Issuer to Noteholders in accordance with Condition 23 (Notices) (or, in the case of Condition 8(f) (Redemption Following the Occurrence of an Event of Default), from the Trustee to the Issuer) that specifies that the Notes are to be redeemed pursuant to one of Conditions 8(c) (Redemption Following a Collateral Event) to 8(f) (Redemption Following the Occurrence of an Event of Default). An Early Redemption Notice given pursuant to Condition 8 (Redemption and Purchase) must contain a description in reasonable detail of the facts relevant to the determination that the Notes are to be redeemed and, in the case of an Early Redemption Notice given by the Issuer, must specify the anticipated Early Redemption Date and which of Conditions 8(c) (Redemption Following aCollateral Event) to 8(f) (Redemption Following the Occurrence of an Event of Default), as the case may be, are applicable. A copy of any Early Redemption Notice shall also be sent by the Issuer, or the Trustee, as the case may be, to all Transaction Parties, save that any failure to deliver a copy shall not invalidate the relevant Early Redemption Notice.

  • Postponed Early Redemption Date means the tenth Business Day following the Early Redemption Date (if any);

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Make-Whole Redemption Price means, in respect of each Bond, (a) the principal amount of such Bond or, if this is higher, (b) the sum of the then present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest discounted to the Optional Redemption Date on an annual basis (based on the actual number of days elapsed divided by 365 or (in the case of a leap year) by 366) at the Reference Dealer Rate (as defined below) plus 0.15 per cent., in each case as determined by the Determination Agent;
