Early Remarketing Period definition

Early Remarketing Period has the meaning set forth in the Purchase Contract and Pledge Agreement.
Early Remarketing Period means any three-Business Day period that consists of three sequential possible remarketing dates selected by the Company during the period beginning on, and including, January 1, 2012 and ending on, and including, February 29, 2012.
Early Remarketing Period means the day following the consummation of the Exchange Offer and ending on the ninth Business Day prior to the Purchase Contract Settlement Date.

  • If the Remarketing Agent is unsuccessful on the first Early Remarketing Date during such Early Remarketing Period, a subsequent Remarketing shall be attempted (unless impracticable) by the Remarketing Agent on each of the two following Early Remarketing Dates in that Early Remarketing Period until a Successful Early Remarketing occurs.

  • During any Early Remarketing Period, the Company may postpone any Remarketing in its absolute discretion.

  • The Company will announce any Remarketing on the sixth Business Day immediately preceding the first Remarketing Date of any Early Remarketing Period.

  • Pursuant to Section 7.04 of the Supplemental Indenture, if there has not been a Successful Remarketing prior to the end of the Final Remarketing Period or a Triggered Early Remarketing Period, as applicable, Holders of Notes will have the right to require the Company to purchase such Notes on the Purchase Contract Settlement Date or the Triggered Early Settlement Date, as applicable.

  • In order to dispose of the Notes underlying Pledged Applicable Ownership Interests in Notes of any Holders of Corporate Units, the Company shall engage the Remarketing Agent(s), pursuant to the terms of the Remarketing Agreement, to use its reasonable best efforts to remarket such Notes, along with any Separate Notes, the holders of which have elected to participate in the Triggered Early Remarketing pursuant to Section 5.02(f) below, during the Triggered Early Remarketing Period.

Early Remarketing Period means a period in the Period for Early Remarketing of up to 15 Business Days selected by NEE Capital.

Related to Early Remarketing Period

  • Remarketing Period means the three Business Day period either (i) beginning on the Remarketing Date and ending after the two immediately following Business Days; (ii) immediately preceding October 1, 2004; or (iii) immediately preceding November 16, 2004.

  • Successful Remarketing means, as applicable, a Successful Optional Remarketing or a Successful Final Remarketing.

  • Failed Remarketing has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(b)(ii).

  • Early Amortization Period means the period commencing on the date on which a Trust Early Amortization Event or a Series 2009-VFN Early Amortization Event is deemed to occur and ending on the Series Termination Date.

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Payment Period means the three months following each Collection Quarter.

  • Standard Settlement Period means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company’s primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise.
