Earned Award definition

Earned Award means, with respect to a Participant, the actual number of shares of Common Stock that were earned by such Participant pursuant to this Program at the end of the Performance Period based on the achievement of the performance goals set forth in Section 5.
Earned Award means the number of Units equal to the Target Award multiplied by the Performance Factor (rounded down to the nearest whole share), as determined by the Committee.
Earned Award means the Performance RSU Award deemed to be earned under the terms of this Agreement in the event of a Change of Control.

Examples of Earned Award in a sentence

  • Earned Award Term: If all additional one-year Award Term periods were earned, the Contract would be extended through 30Sept26.

  • Failure of Earned Award Terms not a Termination: If at any time the Government does not authorize performance of a previously awarded award term, the subsequent terms shall be considered void.

  • Earned Award Days shall be awarded on a "first come, first served" basis, with at least 24 hours advance request by the Employee.

  • Earned Award Days cannot be used during the week of Thanksgiving (Monday through Sunday) nor during the period from December 16 through and including January 3.

  • Subject to Section 4.7(b), if a Participant is employed by TRS on January 1 following the first anniversary of the end of the Performance Period for which that employee was a Participant, the remaining 50% of the Potential Award will become an Earned Award.


More Definitions of Earned Award

Earned Award means the Earned Individual Award, if any, and the Earned Company Award, if any, for a Participant for the applicable Incentive Period.
Earned Award means, with respect to a Participant, the actual number of shares of Restricted Stock that were earned by such Participant pursuant to this Program at the end of the Performance Period.
Earned Award means the award which an SIP Participant is entitled to receive under the Strategic Incentive Plan.
Earned Award means the product of the Award multiplied by the Seniority Factor. The Earned Award shall be adjusted on each Calculation Date to reflect changes in the Seniority Factor occurring since the prior Calculation Date.
Earned Award means (1) the Awarded Units multiplied by the Performance Factor (rounded down to the nearest whole unit), multiplied by (2) the Performance Multiplier (rounded down to the nearest whole unit), as determined by the Committee on the Determination Date. Examples of the calculations of the Earned Award are attached hereto as Exhibit B and hereby incorporated into this Certificate.
Earned Award means the actual bonus amount, if any, payable to a Participant under this Plan for a Plan Year, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Sections 5, 6, and 7 hereof.
Earned Award means the Calculated Award which may be adjusted based on a review of a participant’s contributions and other performance criteria considered by top Executive with input from senior Executive.
