Examples of Easement Plan in a sentence

  • The Purchaser, at its own expense, shall be responsible to prepare and provide any Easement Plan that may be required to effect registration of an Easement Agreement in the Winnipeg Land Titles Office.

  • Easement Agreement means any conditions, covenants, restrictions, easements, declarations, licenses and other agreements listed as Permitted Encumbrances or as may hereafter affect the Leased Premises.
