The Purchaser, at its own expense, shall be responsible to prepare and provide any Easement Plan that may be required to effect registration of an Easement Agreement in the Winnipeg Land Titles Office.

Such terms and conditions must prescribe the technical limitations and requirements of the activities, such as the amount, method, location, frequency, timing, intensity, and duration, and may be set forth in the RCPP Easement Plan itself or a separate plan specific to the activity.
Any Bid submitted by a Bidder by both methods (physical deposit andSubmission Email) may be disqualified and/or considered as if not submitted and/or the Company will have a right to choose one of the two Bids at its discretion, and the bidder will have no claim in the matter.
All references to Lots and Blocks in this Agreement are to be the Plan of Subdivision (59M - ) and all references to Easements in this Agreement are to be the Compiled Easement Plan (59R- ).
The right to conduct conservation activities, practices, measures and land uses as set forth in this Conservation Easement and the RCPP Easement Plan that further the restoration, protection, enhancement, management, maintenance, and monitoring of the Conservation Values, and are consistent with the purposes of the Conservation Easement.
Such activities must be conducted in a manner consistent with the RCPP Easement Plan and pursuant to terms and conditions approved by the Grantee in advance and in writing.
