Easement Rights definition

Easement Rights means the Mill Owner Easement Rights and/or the Ingevity Easement Rights.
Easement Rights means the right to place, install, construct, re-construct, inspect, maintain, operate, alter, enlarge, repair, replace, relocate and remove Electrical Infrastructure over, along, within or under the Road Allowances provided for this Agreement.
Easement Rights means the right to place, install, construct, re-construct, inspect, maintain, operate, alter, enlarge, repair, replace, relocate and remove Equipment over, along, within or under the ROWs provided for this Agreement;

Examples of Easement Rights in a sentence

  • Grantor reserves to itself and its Authorized Users the right to use the Easement Rights for any purpose not incompatible with the rights conveyed to Grantee by this Agreement.

  • If any action is taken whereby the Right of Way Agreement or any part of the Easement Rights are terminated, relocated or otherwise affected, by any taking or partial taking by a governmental authority or otherwise, then such any compensation due or to be paid to the holder of the Easement Rights due to such occurrence shall belong solely to Grantor.

  • Grantee further acknowledges and agrees that Grantee has examined and investigated to its full satisfaction the physical nature and condition of the Property and the Easement Rights and that it is acquiring the Easement Rights in an “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition.


More Definitions of Easement Rights

Easement Rights means the easements to be granted by RPC to Buyer in the Quitclaim Deed and the Reciprocal Easement Agreement, as applicable.
Easement Rights means, collectively (a) the right, title and interest in the BLM Easements conveyed to Lessor pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, (b) the right, title and interest in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Easements conveyed to Lessor pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, and (c) the right, title and interest conveyed to Lessor pursuant to the Easement Agreement and Transfer of Improvements (Nerd Farm) pursuant to the Purchase Agreement (but exclusive of the Improvements transferred pursuant to such Easement Agreement and Transfer of Improvements).

Easement Rights means all rights held pursuant to the Easements and any prescriptive rights, servitudes, line rights and other rights owned or held by the Link Constituent Parties, LECLP or Link Canada relating to the Owned Real Property or owned or held in connection with the operation of the Pipelines or the Crude Oil Business.

Easement Rights set forth in Section 1.1 of the Lease shall be amended to read as follows:
Easement Rights means the rights described as follows: (1) the right of ingress and egress for pedestrian, vehicular and other traffic over those portions of the Property as Grantee may reasonably require, with Grantors' consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned, to (i) set, construct, install, erect, operate, maintain, inspect, alter, repair, replace and remove the Improvements (as such term is defined herein) and (ii) otherwise transmit or receive electrical power to, through or from the Interconnection Area; and (2) the right to set, construct, install, erect, operate, maintain, inspect, alter, repair, replace and remove the Improvements within the Interconnection Area; and (3) the right to use the Staging Areas (as such term is defined herein) to store, set, place, inspect and operate material and equipment used by Grantee or its agents during the construction and removal of the Improvements and during periods of time when Grantee is repairing, altering, replacing or maintaining the Improvements; and (4) the right to trim and cut vegetation growing on, within or over the Interconnection Area or the Staging Areas and to remove fences and other obstructions thereon as is reasonable in the exercise of the Easement Rights without unreasonably impeding Grantors' use of the Property.
