East Bank Parish System definition

East Bank Parish System means those water and wastewater collection and treatment facilities serving areas of the east bank of the Parish (but excluding the corporate limits of the City of Xxxxxxxx and the Town of Sorrento) that the District currently owns and operates.

  • Client Bank Account means an account held in the name of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor; and/or an account held in the name of the Company on behalf of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor.
