East Garage definition

East Garage means the existing multi-level parking structure located south of the existing Terminal C and east of the East End Substation, having approximately 1,100 parking spaces as of the Effective Date.
East Garage means a new five (5)-story garage on the P4 lot located to the east of the New Terminal B Facilities and south of Terminal C. The East Garage provides approximately 1,100 new parking places. EDC means the New York City Economic Development Corporation, a local development corporation formed pursuant to Section 1411 of the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law of the State of New York, or such successor entity as may be designated by the City under the Basic Lease.
