Certificate of Conformity means Executive Order certifying vehicles for sale in California.
CE marking of conformity or ‘CE marking’ means a marking by which the manufacturer indicates that the device is in conformity with the applicable requirements set out in this Regulation and other applicable Union harmonisation legislation providing for its affixing;

Compliance Declaration means a compliance declaration substantially in the form set out in Schedule F;
Certificate of Conformance means a document issued by the NCWM based on testing by a participating laboratory that constitutes evidence of conformance of a type.
Completion of Construction means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that the work of building and erection of the Project is substantially complete, and is identified in Exhibit A of this Agreement.
Certificate of noncompliance means a document known as a certificate of noncompliance which is provided by the centralized collection unit of the department of revenue certifying that the named applicant or licensee has an outstanding liability placed with the unit and has not entered into an approved payment plan to pay the liability.
Master Declaration means a written instrument, however named, (i) recorded on or after June 1, 1994, and (ii) complying with section 515B.2-121, subsection (e).
Original Declaration of Trust shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Declaration of Trust;
Supplemental Declaration means any declaration, resolution or other document which supplements or amends this Master Declaration, entered into by the City in compliance with Section 10.
Statutory Declaration means a declaration made in writing according to the requirements of the Oaths Act 2001 (Tas). It is an offence under section 113 of the Criminal Code, as contained in Schedule 1 of the Criminal Code Act 1924 (Tas), to make a false statement in a Statutory Declaration.
Non-Conformity means an observed situation where objective evidence indicates the non-fulfilment of a specified requirement.
WTO GPA country construction material means a construction material that—
Declaration of Trust means this Agreement and Declaration of Trust, as amended or restated from time to time;
Instructional material means instructional content that is provided to a student, regardless of its format, including printed or representational materials, audio-visual materials, and materials in electronic or digital formats (such as materials accessible through the Internet). The term does not include academic tests or academic assessments.
State implementation plan or “SIP” means the plan adopted by the state of Iowa and approved by the Administrator which provides for implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of such primary and secondary ambient air quality standards as they are adopted by the Administrator, pursuant to the Act.
Tax Compliance Agreement means the Federal Tax Certificate, Tax Compliance Agreement, Arbitrage Agreement, or other written certification or agreement of the Issuer setting out representations and covenants for satisfying the post-issuance tax compliance requirements for the Tax-Exempt Bonds.
Plan of correction means a home health agency’s written response to findings of regulatory non- compliance. Plans must adhere to the format specified by the licensing agency, must include acceptable timeframes in which deficiencies will be corrected and must be approved by the licensing agency.
Standard Certificate means a credential issued to certify that an educator has the prescribed knowledge, skill or education to practice in a particular area, teach a particular subject, or teach a category of students.
Construction material means an article, material, or supply brought to the construction site by the Contractor or a subcontractor for incorporation into the building or work. The term also includes an item brought to the site preassembled from articles, materials, or supplies. However, emergency life safety systems, such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, and audio evacuation systems, that are discrete systems incorporated into a public building or work and that are produced as complete systems, are evaluated as a single and distinct construction material regardless of when or how the individual parts or components of those systems are delivered to the construction site. Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.
Articles of Agreement means the Articles of Agreement of the Bank.
Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Operating Partnership dated as of , 2011, as the same may be amended, modified or restated from time to time.
Supplemental Conditions means those terms and conditions, if included in the Agreement by mutual written agreement of the Parties, which add to or modify the Agreement and are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in the Agreement. In the case of a conflict between the Supplemental Conditions and the Agreement, the Supplemental Conditions shall prevail.
Item of Noncompliance means Xxxxxxx’s acts or omissions that: (1) violate a provision of the Contract; (2) fail to ensure adequate performance of the Project; (3) represent a failure of Grantee to be responsive to a request of HHSC relating to the Project under the Contract.
Rights Dividend Declaration Date shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Limited Partnership Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Partnership dated as of March 9, 2004, as amended from time to time.
