Ecological Works definition

Ecological Works means the provision of ecological compensation and its subsequent maintenance in perpetuity in accordance with the Ecological Works Scheme such ecological compensation shall comprise either: the replacement of eight (8) metres of the existing coir roll at the eastern end of the marginal vegetation strip next to the Land, providing a fifty-three (53) metre length of new coir roll and a fifty-three (53) metre length of brushwood roll which together comprises thirty-four point two (34
Ecological Works means the provision of ecological compensation through the provision and installation of additional marginal planting on the South bank of the River Thames in the location shown by a solid blue line on Plan 4 "Ecological Works Scheme" means a scheme for the provision of the Ecological Works which is approved or deemed to be approved by the Council in accordance with Part 2 of Schedule 4 and which scheme may thereafter be amended from time to time with the written approval of the Council
Ecological Works means the provision of ecological mitigation containing proposed details, management and maintenance for the provision and installation of additional marginal planting on the South bank of the River Thames in the location shown on Plan 4

Related to Ecological Works

  • Clean coal technology means any technology, including technologies applied at the precombustion, combustion, or post combustion stage, at a new or existing facility which will achieve significant reductions in air emissions of sulfur dioxide or oxides of nitrogen associated with the utilization of coal in the generation of electricity, or process steam which was not in widespread use as of November 15, 1990.

  • Biological Materials means any material (including, without limitation, plants, animals, microbes or viruses) of biological origin which contains genetic information capable of reproduction and/or material derived from the same that is collected or produced through the Contract;

  • Developed Technology means any Technology including, without limitation, any enhancements, substitutions or improvements to the Core Technology that is (a) discovered, developed or otherwise acquired by DURA pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement or (b) otherwise acquired by or on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corp. II during the term of the Development Agreement.

  • Sewage works means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.
